Bad Service at Kolonnade Standard Bank

The Standard Bank Branch in Kolonnade Mall service is very poor. 11 Consultant station but only 2 operating. Arrived at the bank at 09:00 bank opens at 08:30 I was only able to enter the branch at 10:45 and was able to speak to the front desk consaltant to log my reason for visit at 11:03 and there is 10 customers before my waiting for service. Really, like in when is service going to happen. The business banker only one in this branch is off on a Saturday. The security guards outside couldn't provide the details when asked no personal from Standard Bank is helping the people standing in line for help. This was like a year ago the branch to go to for service quick and effortless. To my dissappointment there is very little to none service. One customer has been waiting to pick up his cheque card for more than two hours. Please bring back service.
