BAD SERVICE AT COSMO MALL - useless branch
Writing this review with a sore heart after 15 year with standard bank your service in recent years has been horrible early this year went to Cosmo mall branch to downgrade my credit card to a gold card was told systems are down yesterday I went back to cosmo mall branch again to be told the same thing systems are down i cant close my account due to systems being down . Why in 2025 must I go to the branch to close an account. Your staff in cosmo mall a unfriendly not welcoming not willing to help. Their lack of customer service and your inefficient processes has lost you a loyal customer.
