Bad Service, Arrogant & Rude by Clementine

I tried to lodge a claim with regard to my pool having a leak due to a tree that has rooted itself into the pool and was advised that standard bank will not cover this incident and i need to remove the tree and if any further damage occurs i will be liable for expenses. The house is over 40 years old and this tree has been there since day 1
