Bad service and not a so good customer care
today I went to submit my FICA documents an ID and a proof of residence which happened to be my AMC Cookware monthly statement which has my account number, my name and my residential address but standard bank Bhisho branch rejected it saying I must take a day off from work because I am working and ask for this letter of residents. What I don't understand I have a statement which has everything they need, so dissapointed with my bank and I think they are so unfair
