Bad Service And No One Seems To Know What They Are Doing!!!!!

Recently I had issues with a cheque card, which has been resolved (for now...) Now my Savings debit card is not working. I have checked my Cellphone Banking app and all looks like it is supposed to be working. WHY IS MY CARD NOT WORKING????? I am EXTREMELY angry and dissatisfied with all of this. I need to use both accounts at the same and do NOT appreciate the fact that Standard Bank seems to activate and deactivate my cards as they wish. This is not on! I have plans for my accounts, which you are delaying! If someone could get in touch to clarify what is going on sooner rather than later before I give negative reviews on EVERY platform I can find! SORT THIS OUT ASAP!!!!!
