Bad service and long wait.
I am at standard bank Promenade in Mplain just to make a payment. I went to the door and they said I must wait outside the mall. Well I'm sitting here since 13H15 and it is now 14h00 and no one has even come outside to assist. I can promise you the bank inside is empty. What is going on with this ********** service. Its windy outside and lots of ***** characters walking around. Standard bank please treat your clients with respect and dignity.
