Bad service and lack of privacy

I have been with this bank years back when I was still a student and I really dont know what got into me to join them again.

The service they provide is beyond appalling, I went to the north gate branch and I was number 4 in the line but yet it took me 45mins just to collect a bank card wow. I could have taken a nice drive to a park in less that time. On top of that both the north gate branch and clear water branch have set up their work stations in such a very STUPID manner.

Who thought it was a good idea to set them up in such a way that I can't even speak confidently with the person assisting with a fellow client just literally a stone throw from me. I mean I was asked personal questions such as how much is my income, date of birth, cellphone number in front of a complete stranger. Like I mean that is totally unacceptable.

Even thinking of closing the very same accounts I just opened with them.
