Bad service and empty promises at standard bank Vryburg

On the 10/09/2019 did we hand over documents to Standard Bank Vryburg regarding a refund for license disk they never paid and registered on the right owners name. Standard Bank Vryburg sold directly a vehicle (2004 Nissan Hardbody NP 300 2.4 Reg FFT199NW) to a client about 6 years ago and failed to register the vehicle on the clients name. I was driving about 350 kilometers,spending a full day from work and spending thousands of rands at the traffic department Vryburg paying for late penalties on Standard Bank Vryburg name. Zenobia and Calton at Vryburg Standard Bank never once called me back regarding this matter. After phoning them 6 times myself we had no explanation yet.They keep on telling us that they are busy with a investigation. Yesterday once again Zenobia promised me that she will get back to me with a contact details of assistant that can help us........ Nothing..... The worsted part is that when I mention to hand it over to my lawyer they told me to go ahead.
