Bad service and communication

Standard bank is very quick to call someone 10 times to make a payment arrangement but when the customer requires an updated statement it becomes an issue. I sent an email on the 30th June 2020 and no one from standard bothered to respond or give me feedback. Should i stop paying for standard bank to take me serious and provide better or proper service. What is the point of putting email addresses on the standard bank website and still get no feedback. I have paid R7500 so far on my loan payment. I don't want stories or nonsense. The bank account details was sent to me by standard bank and i have been paying consistently. You can check proof from the second email i sent from ***. The account is also with standard bank and not with the lawyers, so Im not expecting unnecessary interest rates or costs that was never informed to me when i agreed to pay the 500. I have also discussed this with my lawyers. They said extra cost only applies if standard bank handed over the loan agreement to a law firm, so again i don't want stories. I have the amount i was told i was owing from the beginning, so if they don't match with the respond, i will take this further. This is a very sensitive time for people and we are trying not to complain, but that doesn't mean Standard bank must fail to provide basic service.

Good day

I'm really disappointed with Standard bank. I didnt recieve any form of communication regarding my loan repayment being sold or handed over to another business or company.

I have been paying off my loan through standard bank, which I was told to do by a standard bank employee. I have emajled the complaint person but all im getting is being told that my loan has been sold.

When i agreed to pay R500 per month, I wasn't informed about possible handover or being sold, I was informed to pay directly to the standard bank account.

Now standard bank expects me to call the company it handed over my things without informing me.

That is wrong and I'm considering getting legal advise on such matters. I'm doing my part and that's paying off the loan agreement as per my discussion with the lady from Standard bank. I have email4d the proof of bank details sent to me via sms to the complaints department.

This is wrong and bad customer service. Im really not happy.

Also please fix your complaints department emails or system, I keep responding the emails, yet I get i havent responded yet. Its really annoying.

Standard bank should ensure customers get proper service and not the service im paying. Im doing my part and what exactly is standard bank doing right now, besides selling or handing over my loan agreement paymeny with standard bank.

I have been paying this loan paymebt, so why is sold?

If standard bank has the right to sell account, why wasnt I informed since last year already that my account is sold and I shouldn't waste my time

When i confirmed the bank details with the complaint department last year via email(I can email proof), I was also not informed that my account is sold.

I mean if I knew it was sold, why wil I waste my time contact standard bank and not them.

I habe paid R7500 already and no one from Standard bank can prove that. Why wasng I informed about being sold out, when i enquired about bank details last year.

No respond or feedback to my previous hello peter complaint. Your complaints agent/s also has zero customers services, which frustrates me because I have sent an email before confirming the bank details and no where did he mention being sold out.
