Bad service and bad attitude

<p>I wrote an e-mail to standard bank regarding my overdraft that I was approved when i opened an account with the. This issue been goining on since the 20th June 2017. Perso that assisted me was Welile Dhlomo from standard call center department. I got calls that my overdraft is sorted and loaded in my card both from Call center and Zeenath.</p> <p> </p> <p>Till to this day my overdraft is not showing and now standard is ignoring my e-mails. I'm at a stage of cancel this whole account and let the world know how STD bank treat their clients. I'm so disgusted by this bank and I will make sure everybody knows. No 1 that I know shall joing this bank that doesn't care about their clients.</p> <p> </p> <p>Best serviced I got frm FNB not this nonsense STD is offering me. This doesn't end here on hellopetter.</p> <p> </p> <p>The world will know how you guys ignore your client and I get the picture that you (STD bank) DON"T GIVE A SH*T.</p>
