Bad service and absolutely no help

I bank with standard bank and went into their Bluff branch for the first time to get something done. After waiting for one and a half hours in enquiries, because they only had two staff assisting who seemed to be clueless, I was told to go call a number for help. The person they made me call told me that I need to get what I needed done at the bank so I said I am there and no one is helping. I then asked for the manager and was told to sit and wait and that they could help me, and after waiting another half hour I just simply walked out and will never go to that branch again. Their staff is clearly not trained and just very unhelpful.
