Bad service

I'm so disappointed with the service I'm getting at Standard bank,I took a service plan in 2016 when I bought a car and our contract was suppose to end 2020-04-30 and up to now they are still debiting money for the plan that has expired and everyone I phone them they keep on transferring me from one department to another and no one is able to cancel the service plan and some departments sometimes say they don't see the debit amount but it is debited on my vaf account
