Bad service
We took a joint bond in 2017, 2020 we separated and divorced in 2022(50/50 split)....we were told that we can benefit equaliy or will be equally liable should there be a shortfall. Easysell told us the shortfall will be split equally after the sale, it been 7 months and no one is coming back to us, we have been sending emails back and forth yet nothing. The house is sold but the full value of the house still reflects on both our ITC. The service is so bad and not happy at all
