Bad service

Standard is so useless I called their loans department on Monday 3rd and app**** for a loan the consultant told me the loan has been approved I just need to send 3 months payslips then the money would be trasnsferred, I sent all those documents by 3pm on Monday.

On Tuesday the money was still nit transferred when I call the call center am sent from pillar to post, I then decided to visit the Trade route mall branch I spent almost 45 minutes signing documents as if I am.repplying for the loan the consultant asked for my employer contact details and payslips i have sent all that to his email while I was at the branch the consultant told me the money will be transferred the next to date I have not received the money.

This is really an inconvenience I urgently need to buy a car for work and business the dealership is selling the car to someone else because I haven't paid why wants I told from Monday that I am not suitable yo get a loan from.Standard bank I could have went to another bank instead of wasting my time like this
