BAD SERVICE

I app**** fo a building bond and was granted R600000 and the first payment of R 200000 was done. The arrangement was that they would do 3 payments without pre-arranged conditions. I app**** for the second payment and it has been a month since then and still no payment. I have enquired on several ocasion and every time they change the conditions under which the payment will be done. I have not been able to proceed with the building and has now lost my building crew. They promised to pay more than a week ago but I have not received any payment. I then complained to ask.SBSA to look into the matter but has also not got anywhere or any response from them.<br> THE WORST PART IS THAT I AM A STAFF MEMBER!!!<br>
