Tried to get a statement on my home loan, lady want yo know when I bought the house more than 20 years back. Needs exact date PATHETIC.
TRY AGAIN IN 24 HOURS WITH CORRECT INFORMATION. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE.
MIGHT HAVE WRONG SURNAME AND COLOUR TO BE HELPED.
