Bad service
I’m tired of running around and not being helped, been transferred to one Agent to another and, no one is helpful. Since morning I’ve been holding on calls and not being helped, I need to talk this matter and get done with it!

05 Nov 2025, 08:16Guys, what you are doing is very unacceptable and I’m a client there so you need to treat me fairly.. since this whole week started I’ve been calling regarding my car but, I’m being sent from one Agent to another and without any assistance and help… do you understand how frustrating this is? I need to go back to work and this is setting me back… can you treat please fairly for once? Last time i complained about your people taking pictures of me and still i haven’t been answered on that either… I’m not backing down on this one!
