Bad service

Standard bank at eyethu mall have the worse service ever they are always offline, even on month end you will get just 2 consultant working at inquiries, the lady that goes around asking people what they there to do is very rude shouts at you when you asking everyone will know what your there to do there is no confidentiality. You will wait in the long queue at the ba*****t for house then they tell you that they have been off but no one will come and tell you prior. I wish standard bank would open other branches around orange farm so that I can stop going to that suffering branch.
