Bad service

I was at Standard bank Mall of the North yesterday and they refused to assist me saying they Do not give loans to self employed people.i have been banking with Standard bank for more than 10 years.and I have a loan,credit card and even paid off my VAF account using the same proof of income without any problems however yesterday 10 August 2023 I was told I can not be helped after sitting in the bank for two hours. Standard bank Mall of North let me know how you assisted me before without any problems.I was told my banker will contact me but no one contacted me at its after midday. If you cannot assist self employed people let me know so that I can inform all my clients, friends and family this shocking information.I will wait for your response.
