Bad service

Had a really bad service from the teller Victor Mashao had 5rands coins that wanted to exchange for notes he told me that he can't assist because they were making more than a R 1000 and I must also sort them out as they were mixed with the old ones and the new ones even though they were were balancing coz I put them on packets to make things easier. He didn't care on top was carraring a 10months child secrifise my time to be assisted but pity I didn't get help he had the guts to tell me that I must also come 3 conservative days to exchange 5rands coins am so disappointed with the bad service I received from the teller
