Bad service!!!

In 2025 such a Big bank is still lacking customer service and failing to action a minor request even after I've sent through everything that was required of me.

Been struggling to close one of my accounts (Business account) since the 17th of June 2025. Sent an email to my business Banker Pertunia Moilwe to request an account closure for RatauDitlou pty ltd since it's no more operating and has been de-registered. She rep**** "Request noted and will be actioned". A few days later I realized that the account has not been closed . Sent a follow up email to her but never received any response. I then proceeded to send an email to her assistant : Matshidiso Molepo this was on the 6th of July 2025 to request her assistance since I wasn't getting any response from Pertunia.

I was Informed by Matshidiso that the account was on hold and needed FICA documentation in order for her to assist with the account closure. I've sent all the required documents to her in the hopes that the account will be close but this has not been the case . The account has incurred bank charges and to date there's still no way forward.

@ Standard bank business banking kindly find out for me from the two consultants/bankers what is the hold up or what do I actually need to do to get assistance. Their contact Information: *** ***
