Bad Service

This bank is so bad when it comes to service delivery ,they should actually shut down. You can't get though to home loans to actually speak to someone .Their telephones are either engaged or you get put on hold forever .The bank clerks cant help either .You get told you have to speak to home loans .Does the staff at standard bank know that one cannot get through to that department .I wonder what the staff in the home loans department actually do, because they not working that's for sure .Is there a home loans department or does it just appear on their website in order to look professional .This organization is the pits and needs psychotherapy or exorcism or both .
