Bad service

I’ve never seen such poor service in my life! I deposited money on the atm on 02 May at Rosebank mall cash was jammed so went into the branch assist by Jabu who then called on the 06 May confirmed investigations were done & they got my R400 & it was going to be deposited into my capitec account. Time went by & nothing then i tried calling waisted my airtime I held on the line for 16 minutes got through to Candice who was rude n ddnt want to give me her name then transferred me back to Ivr my call got disconnected. Coz really I needed my money went again to Rosebank branch I was told I’ll be called before end of business gentlemen called Xolani Mlangeni called me yesterday told a different story that now they are getting R300 “surprisingly” told me to get a standard bank account to they may transfer coz dey can’t deposit it into my Capitec account. I sent him an email asking him to send me a cash sent coz I couldn’t get a standard account and asked for the call recording cause I was advised that I’ll get my R400 and all of a sudden I’m told it’s R300! 24 hours has past still nothing “LIKE REALLY” Hai man
