Bad service

Std bank woodmead in Johannesburg is a no go area, I spend three hours on the que at std woodmead only to find there's only one consultant working,my bank account was dormant,the consultant and branch manager told me they will can't assist me as they can't find the banker and they will call me by eob and I haven't receive any of their call, I think this their way of getting rid of their customers.

At January I was at std alex mall for the same problem & it was resolved within five minutes, I wonder why woodmead doesn't go extra mile like alex mall.

Woodmead branch is as good as closed.
