BAD SERVICE
STANDARD BANK FESTIVAL MALL IS TERABLE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THERE IS A QUE OF 30 PEOPLE OUTSIDE THE BANK THEN YOU HAVE EMPLOYEES INSIDE THE BANK HAVING CHIT CHATS WITH THERE FRIENDS, NOT ATTENDING TO CUSTOMERS,IGNORING CUSTOMERS WHO IS ASKINGB ADVICE. THEY DARE DRESSED TERIBALE, NOT SETTING A GOOD IMAGE FOR THEBANK.
