Bad Service

I've accompanied my fiance Tebelo Sejake to collect her card at Standard Bank Evaton Mall, we arrived here exactly at 12:40, the two security guards and one bank employee seating next to branch manager's officestopped us from entering the bank and chased us away without even asking why we what we want to do standard bank, is clearly not bank for people they couldn't even give us a chance to explain why we came, and the banking hours at the door clearly indicate that the bank open at 8:30-13:00 as it is also indicated online. As we where at the Atm, the other bank employee that so how we have been unfairly treated came to us and ask for them to let us in to collect the card as we arrived on time.
