Bad Service
I have never seen such useless bank like STD bank,i have been waiting for response from insurance claims,I have confirmation that the car is settled but nobody knows where the settlement letter or other documents are.Im so ****ed off.I called many times but no manger is available.If anybody knows what they are doing there,make sure that you call me.Ref nu SHS***.
