Bad Service

We have app**** for a further loan by Standard Bank. Approval was given end of October 2015. Upon signature of documents by the Attorneys - we realised that the conditions included NHBRC Enrollment for renovations. The Building is older than 5 years and enrollments do not include renovations. Request for change of conditions was send through to Standard Bank Home Loan department on the 03 November 2015. We are still waiting for the amended documentation. Bond was suppose to register already by now and we haven't even submitted. After numerous call to the call centre, escalations by the Attorneys as well as the Bond originator, no luck and no answer of when they will be finished. This is costing me money and waisting my time.
