bad service

I paid my credit card via cell phone banking, and it was std bank fault causing an error on the system and the money went into a dummy account. Keep asking std bank to reverse the money back into my savings acc from 28 August 2015. Been 3 months and they haven't. Keep calling the customer care n visiting the branch on my costs an still no Money that has been reversed to my acc.Std bank worst bank ever to help n give good honest service to there customers.
