Bad Service

I am annoyed as standard is still sending me sms and calling me that my credit card is in arrears ?<br> this issue was resolved as this was a mistake from standard bank side and they confirmed that they will take responsibility by removing my name listed at credit bureau as a bad payer as they are at fault and will pay double on the 1st . however now was contacted by a rude agent telling me if this was resolved she was not going to call me regarding my credit card .<br> <br> what the hell is happening ? reference number was ***
