Bad Service
Standard Bank branch Northgate Service is terrible went to the branch 3 times to collect my card and the Que was soo long only 2 consultants were working , Branch manager acted as if he doesn't see anything wrong , it's Bad enough that their Setup doesn't allow you to sit down and standing on a Que for 2 hrs is ridiculous, i had to phone the call center to re-route my Card to another Branch
