Bad service

I app**** for a credit card online on the 29th of July, got a call the next day to confirm and process the application and was told my card will be delivered in the next 7 days to the Benoni branch. Guess what? I call today and I'm being told my application hasn't even been captured ! Like what the hll? If its not the long queues its the pathetic service !! I'm really disappointed with the level of service that's being provided to me and i would like for my query to be attended to ASAP. i expect to have the card before the end of the week...can someone please intervene and do something about this?
