BAD SERVICE
Hi,<br> <br> I have a RCP with Standard Bank and after paying back 15 % you can revolve again. I paid back more than half of the money and when I want to transfer the say no funds. I phoned, mailed and phoned again for some one to get back to me because they cant tell me what's going on.<br> <br> The best of all is the first question the ask is didn't you skip a payment.....and my answer to them is no it goes off by debit order and I also transfer money to the account myself every second month.<br> <br> I mean how difficult is it to tell me what's going on? I was not notified of anything or changes regarding the RCP.<br> <br> The most saddest thin about all is what Standard Bank says \Moving Forward"that's so not the truth!!!!!!<br> <br> I hope someone can help me?"""
