Bad service

Standard bank in Durban Chatsworth need to get more staff. For card collection, renewals and opening new account . There are 5 cubicles ,but only 2 staff members assisting people. The queues are extremely long and we have to wait hours to be assisted. Why have so many cubicles , when you don't have enough staff. We deserve better service from Standard Bank.
