Bad service.

Std bank South Gate is the worst in terms of customer service, I was there from 10:03 and now its 11:16 and its not even full at the branch, I am here to open a new account as I am not happy with FNB, but I regret why I even came here, sales consultants here keep leaving their desk for no reason and going to each other to gossip and talk about their personal stuff, 2 clients before me left without even waiting to be served as they waited way before me, the three consultant service that kept going to each where Prudence, Sphiwe and a guy called Loyiso that kept destructing them. A lady called sphiwe is the worst in terms of leaving her service station and going to prudence and telling her about her weekend and all.... This is totally unacceptable. I am not even a client yet but I am not happy...... Family and friends kept telling me to open a new account at Std bank but now I am skeptical with this kind of service.... My tea break exhausted while I was waiting for service at Std bank. Its not even full.....
