BAD SERVICE

Standard bank customer services regarding mortgage bonds is utterly horrifying..... We have made arrangements and been paying monthly and yet the account keeps getting hadned over to various agencies and this too we have to cover which is so wrong since we unable to even properly deal with anyone directly from the bank. We go into a branch and no one can assist or we call in and the same thing happens. I have spoken to other client in the same boat and Std bank just does not give a damn so people can just lose their homes when it does not even have to come to that but all Std Bank does is pass the buck... PATHETIC!!!
