Bad service

I opened a new account with std bank. My card us ready for collection at the bracken city branch. But my handbag was ****** with my wallet and my id book and drivers licence. I have emailed the branch manager from bracken city to ask what i can do now but has had no response back. My salary is being paid into the new std bank acc. I am a single mother and can only go get new id when i get my salary as i do not have money. But i have contacted std bank and all they say is sorry you need id to get card. But how do i get id as my salary is going in the account??? Surely someone can assist me with some sort of solution???? I need a urgent answer
