Bad Service

My blue debit card was returned by the ATM and i went in the following day to get a replacement. Lucky i got my card replaced and little did i know that my internet banking is going to be affected .I just can not log in any more and i went to arcadia standard bank staff at the reception not friendly and i got rude replues from their card center division an indian lady very rude to me . I even think of switching banks the Air Conditioning system in operative its pathetic . I congratulate the tellers on forex division in that branch arcadia i give them 150percent job well done. I tried to hold on whilst i was logging in and we discoverd i could not log IN still she could not help me and she hang out my phone.The next thing i got an sms on my phone from ***** section i dobt know what this means when it was not my fault i am disappointed by the service .
