Bad service

Standard bank is the worst bank ever. The first debit order bounced on my cc in 25 years banking with them, and they block my card. After phoning them numerous times, being put on hold for ages i finally got through to a lady with whom i 've arranged then to deduct the payment immediately as to settle my account which she never did, as i still receive sms'e everyday. And when trying to sort this out from my side again, i get put on hold wasting my time and money. Also one can not transfer funds from your any account to your cc on the bank's app, it does not allow your cc number as ref however the option are there. Useless! #byestandardbank #hallocapitec
