Bad service

I was contacted by one of your telesales consultants for a credit card. I received the sms saying I could collet. I was in the branch for a hole hour calling the call center about documents that needed to be uploaded only to find out that all the teller needed to do was fika my account. Day 2 in the branch and its taken another hour for your twlles to serve 5 people..... Not a good first impression for a first time user of your bank
