Bad service
Standard bank home loans don't even deserve any star for the service they give their clients. It's always a hustle for me to literally get assistance from Debit care. I was told to send my documents from the month of August requested for assisted for a premuim holiday due to losing my job and not having a sufficient income to pay my bond but today I woke up with a debit orde that left my account on a minus and bank fees that I can not even afford. May I please be assisted with this really emotional stressful situation I am really disappointed with such a big organization.
