Bad service

24 days ago I filled in a dispute form with a consultant named Lerato from midrand boulders branch, I called card division to follow up on my dispute and I was told she didnt fax the form and there were no notes on the system. I went to the branch to follow up on the matter and only then was my dispute form faxed. I did not get an apology from Lerato only that I \must take up the matter with card division". Now I have to wait 21 more days!!!!!"""
