Bad service
I actually sat for hours just to collect my standards bank car. From 11:30 and we heading to 14:00 now and I'm still on the queue. But there's people who come and go without joining any line. This is wrong and annoying. Worse and terrible service ever. Even home affairs is better than what I'm experiencing here.
