Bad Service
Bad customer service from one of your Consultants ( Busisiwe Ntshangase) at Tsakane Mall Branch. We went there on 02/05/2026 to amend our society stokvel club account and the service we received from Busisiwe was very bad, she was rude and impatient with us, we kept asking her about the required documents that we needed to submit and her response was of someone who was very annoyed by our enquiries. She has zero patience for clients and acted as if she was doing us a huge favor by assisting us.
