bad service

Went to Std Somerset East for some inquiry at the desk was this slow guy helping an elderly man, to my surprise he was also chatting on his cellphone .<br> So i decided to go to the tellers, informing the person before me. When i get to the teller the lady b3fore me was then helped at the iinquiries. I then informed the guy who was behind me that i was next but let him through and the next guy also.... so i let two guys who where behind me to be helped before me, when it was my turn the guy declined to assist me , maybe he was trying to impress the ladies which he help on my expense.<br> So much for giving Std Somerset East 10/10 because 1 rotten potato spoils all . This guy even bragged giving me his name as if he is untouchable.
