Bad Service

<p>I opneded a business and trust account with Std Bank Greenstone on 17 May 2017, I was told by the Business Banker that it would take between 5-7 business days for my cards to be delivered. I was asked where i wished to card to be delivered, I requested that it be delivered to the Greenstone Branch wherein opended the said.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was not ever contacted to date was never contacted, I had to contacted the business banking department and was told that my card was delivered to the greenstone branch on 24 May 2017 and somebody forgot to do their job.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its almost a week later and nobody can give me answers, all i get is apologies and that the matter will be investigated.</p>
