Bad service

<p>I ve been with standard bank for 16 years , so I wanted a credit card with standard bank if I knew that was gonna take me 50 min being moved around to one consultant to another i was eve put to Insurance waiting almost 50 min still I could get the service and it's not the first time I remember when I had to cancel my car insurance it took me 40 min I thought they have improved their customer service
