Bad service

<p>Went to standard bank on the 20March to apply for credit card and open a current account, was called by the consultant on the 24th march to tell me it was approved and went same day so sign contract and was told i will get sms in 5 to 7 days to collect card but even today i have not received any card or response from standard bank and my cheque card is still not available also.when i go to branch in secunda they tell me the consultant who was helping me is on leave and have to wait till he comes back cause no one can help me except him such a bad service i regred switching my salary to standard bank </p>
