Bad Service

<p>I went to standard bank in Ermelo and wanted to do withdrawal from business account and had to wait for almost 30 minutes without assistance,went upstairs and lady there with attitude referred me back to bulk tellers where I had to wait again for almost 20 minutes and had meeting to attend within an hour and I was late,service in Ermelo standard bank is pathetic and I'm closing my accounts and move to other banks with service</p>
