Bad Service

I am sick and tired of the *********** service i've been receiving from SBSA lately thus why i'm here. I have tried to raise the below 2 issues with Complaints Resolution Centre but have continuously been redirected everywhere except the CRC by their staff. When i call the CRC no. that also reroutes me to card queries / transactional banking / general banking etc. You can't even get it right for people to call you directly? It took 45 minutes of holding, spoke to 7 call centre agents before someone bothered to tell me that CRC is closed on a Saturday. Seriously? The other 6 agents couldn't begin to tell me this before I wasted my time and airtime? How about even having a recording that says you're closed? Even that I would appreciate. On top of the complaints i wanted to make, i now have a new complaint about how you make it difficult to submit a complaint and how your staff can't be bothered to pass on simple info!

Seeing as you're making it difficult for me to submit my complaint directly to you, i will complain on here.

1) I requested my Market Link account closed more than 3 times now, and it has been months since the first request, and yet it still remains open. It was closed then reopened. No communication with me as to why it was reopened. On the last attempt to close it I went to Sandton City branch (4 Oct), complained about my experience, signed physical forms to have it closed - yet the account remains open. The consultant who helped me with a 3M credit card statement - I signed forms with him to close the account. Why is it still open? Is the account refusing to close? Pls can someone tell me what challenges you are having with closing the account

2) Case number 889 250 Travel Wallet was closed without my consent. The issue has not been resolved- no one spoke to me to resolve this. A merchant placed a temporary hold on my card. The hold should have reversed but didnt reverse for some reason. I followed up with the merchant and they removed the hold but it does not reflect on the bank side. The merchant even sent an email authorising the bank to remove the hold. The bank is refusing to accept this. The merchant is happy to contact the bank directly to confirm if need be. I have requested direct contact details from the bank but the bank is refusing and saying i must sign a dispute form. So what must the dispute form say someone pls tell me? The Merchant is not disputing that I must be given back the funds, the bank is the one disputing. There is no option to tick for this situation on the form and i cannot go back to the merchant to swipe my card and do a reversal because they are in another country. So i dont understand why a dispute form is the only option being given? I followed up on the 30th with Tutuka and found that they had closed the case. On Friday I escalated and they ignored my email sent on the 30th and keep telling me it was resolved on the 18th. With whom was it resolved? Why are you refusing to accept communication from the Merchant?
